Winner Residence:

 This is a 12,000 sq ft residence located in a rural area in Orange county Ca. with a 1200 sq ft guesthouse in the rear of the property. The entry and staircase area is all raised panel walls made out of Mahogany with arched pocket doors going into the library and on into the master suite. The living room is raised paneling also, done in Cherry with a cherry floor. The wood beams were manufactured in the onsite shop by a series of master craftsmen and then installed in the great room and kitchen.

Steiner Residence:

This home is a 3500 sq ft remodel Located in Newport Beach Ca. that we basically removed the complete home from its foundation. We then added to the foundation to add some square footage and installed structural steel beams to support the new upstairs and to give us the ability to open up the downstairs to create a very open feeling. We installed a very intricate wine room made out of Mahogany to accommodate over 600 bottles of wine.

Cason Residence:

This home is 1800 sq ft and built on the side of a hill in Laguna Beach with 22 caissons drilled into the earth then filled with steel and concrete to support the home and adjacent retaining walls. We installed steel bifolding doors that open up onto the decks so as to let the home flow out onto the decks and let the owner enjoy the unobstructed view north up the beautiful southern California coast.

Ergonique Spa:

This is a 3300 sq ft salon and day spa located in the heart of Newport Beach Ca. We were able to accommodate the owners ever changing ideas during the construction process that continually enhanced the final product. As the project evolved we dealt with the Irvine Co. and were able to achieve the deadline they had established.
